Dear Jeff, I just finished reading The Innocent Man by Grisham and it moved me more than most books usually do. I was also intrigued by Murl Bowen, who I was not aware of before. I amfrom England, and never really got into baseball that much, until my grandson started playing and well in Little League. I just looked up Murl and was directed to your website. I have only just started reading, but I had to tell you how much I enjoyed your piece onMurl. I really hope you find the time to write a book on the subject. If I wasn’t 74 years old, somewhat disabled, and living in Florida I would consider it myself as I love to write short stories in my spare time. I can’t wait to read some more of your stuff, but as it is 1.30a.m. I should try and get some sleep. I will contact you again. My name is John Spence and my email address is jfspence4743@gmail.com Later!
